How to make your Eyes Look Brighter

If you are tired out and your eyes look droopy, there are ways to brighten up your eyes. Even a tiny bit of retaining fluids make your eyes look squinty and closed. Who wants that? We can recommend some ways to make your eyes look brighter and hide the tiredness.

Even in winter, don’t forget eye protection. Sunglasses that are oversized offer great protection from the damage of UV rays. The whites of your eyes can even fade with the effects of the wind. Check the SPF in your sun protection products and dab a little sunscreen near your eye area, too.

Always take good care of your skin. Eye serums or creams will help with any problem areas you have.  Use your products regularly, from dark circle correctors to anti-aging eye creams. Treat your eye area with special care to look healthy and brighter.

Sleeping on your back will also help lessen puffiness and fluid retention around the eyes. Elevate your head slightly and use a firm pillow- nothing too soft. Look for specialty eye products with some caffeine in them. These products can help your blood vessels constrict and make your eye area look better.

If your eyes get dry or red, get some eye drops or even artificial tears. Red and weary eyes make us look older and worn out, even if we are not tired. Contact wearers should always take them out overnight to give your eyes some rest and will also give your eyes some welcome oxygen.

When you take off your eye makeup, use a very gentle remover. Conditioning mascara can help thin lashes look much more full and make your eyes look bigger and wider.

Try these tips and you and your eyes will look brighter and wide awake instead of tired out.
