Should you need to cancel a single appointment, please call 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with shorter notice may be charged 50 percent of the value of the service(s).

If an appointment is missed, the full fee will be charged. Our cancellation policy allows us to accommodate others on our wait list and ensures that our staff is best able to serve everyone.

Also, we like to keep appointments to their scheduled times. So please be aware that if you arrive late, we will have less time to pamper you.
